Summary:

The Corporate & Field Applications Lead leads IT team members and contract resources in the administration, support, enhancement and development of solutions for a range of platforms within our application stack. You will interface with our business functions and technical resources to identify issues and opportunities, elicit requirements, maintain a prioritized roadmap, and propose and implement solutions. Using various project management frameworks, the Corporate & Field Applications Lead identifies ways to streamline processes to improve user experience, quality and effectiveness. The Corporate & Field Applications Lead leverages IT-related best practices to deliver business solutions. You will be a champion not just in leading technical change, but also in supporting change management for your business customers. You are resilient and flexible in response to a rapidly growing organization with changing business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and design cross-functional processes and solutions to business challenges.
  • Lead a diverse team of subject matter experts across different technologies and applications
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of the Company’s business and IT strategies and support and lead the execution of plans to achieve them.
  • Present flexible, scalable and supportable options to stakeholders and advise them in choosing the best approach to support projects and business objectives.
  • Proactively identify ways by which IT can add value to business teams to improve processes and effectively communicate them to key stakeholders.
  • Lead communications between IT, business partners and key stakeholders at various levels in order to drive change across multiple functions.
  • Stay current with trends and practices regarding both the healthcare and senior living industry and technology and the impact they can have on business processes.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with business partners, project teams and other stakeholders.
  • Lead elicitation, analysis and documentation of complex requirements and business needs, utilizing various techniques such as process mapping, user stories, UX prototypes, etc.
  • Identify and resolve conflicting requirements and trace requirements through to solution; manage requirements to the smallest set that will provide the biggest impact in advancing business objectives.
  • Design solutions for end-user adoption and productivity improvement, with usability in mind.
Requirements:
  • Strong ‘customer’ and UX (user experience) focus
  • Able to work with cross-functional groups and different level of employees throughout the organization to effectively and professionally achieve results.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast paced environment.
  • Able to translate technical material for a non-technical audience and simplify complex concepts for inclusion in documentation processes.
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining solid relationships with business partners.
  • Able to quickly and independently learn new business models, processes, tools and technology.
  • Excellent strategic and problem solving skills to effectively influence decision making
  • Leadership skills; ability to drive and motivate team to achieve results; ability to influence and inspire action.
  • Solid grounding in project management and SDLC methodologies, with a solid grasp of how to manage risk across a portfolio of projects.
  • Understanding of data management, models and governance.
  • Excellent ability to communicate project status updates to team and cross-functionally to ensure understanding.

Education & Experience:
  • Experience supporting a diverse portfolio of applications including: Salesforce(or other CRM’s), ServiceNow, DocuSign, SharePoint, PowerApps, & home-grown applications and tools
  • Familiarity with any of the following is a plus: Workday, emar/clinical applications (PCC), Property Management Systems, PowerBI, Workato.
  • 2 years experience managing individual contributors
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in business or technology fields preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years professional experience in business analysis, application design, implementation, and support or as a super user preferred.
