  • Lead the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding, for roles ranging from entry-level to executive.
  • Establish a robust employer brand to position Five Star Senior Living as a desirable employer in existing and emerging markets.
  • Leverage creative sourcing strategies, including passive candidate engagement, social media, job boards, and industry networking.
  • Partner with external firms and vendors to maximize recruitment efficiency and ROI.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the TA team, fostering a high-performing and innovative recruitment culture.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to anticipate talent needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.
  • Train hiring managers on structured interview methodologies to ensure consistency and effectiveness in the selection process.
  • Support organizational workforce planning by aligning recruitment efforts with business needs and future demand.

Operational Excellence:

  • Establish and enforce governance standards and best practices to ensure efficiency, scalability, and compliance across the TA function.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and drive accountability.
  • Develop detailed documentation for recruitment processes and implement change management initiatives to ensure adoption of new tools and systems.

Workforce Planning:

  • Utilize business analytics to forecast talent needs quarterly and annually, supporting strategic workforce planning.
  • Build a robust talent pipeline to meet immediate and future hiring demands.
  • Partner with corporate HR and community leadership on compensation practices, including market benchmarking.
