Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Operational Strategy and Services, the Project Manager will be responsible for Operational Strategy and Services portfolio in terms of ensuring appropriate project timelines, stakeholder alignment, integration of change in the existing operation. The Project Manager will lead the planning, shaping, deploying, and auditing best in class operational standards, tools and programs across the senior living portfolio that deliver better ways of working and ultimately elevate the resident experience.

This position plays a pivotal role in driving efficiency, project management, and labor modeling initiatives across our organization that drive efficiency, saves field leaders time and is fiscally responsible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement best practices for operational excellence, focusing on continuous improvement in service delivery, resident satisfaction, and overall community operations.
  • Manage project timelines for creating and developing best in class “field-ready" solutions and toolkits that supporting key business enablers.
  • Anticipate, understand and prioritize the pace and frequency of change impacting the field and look for more opportunities to “package and bundle” changes across various functions in ways that are consumable and have the best opportunity for adoption and success.
  • Partner with functional owners on the effective deployment, launch, adoption and ongoing integration into the way we work through creation of project plans, communication strategies, launch materials, change plans, all with the end user in mind.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of initiatives, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of operational strategies with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with community leaders, staff, and external partners to drive a culture of operational excellence and innovation.
  • Work closely with finance teams and key stakeholders to manage budgets related to operational initiatives.
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff on enterprise projects connected to our key strategic focus areas.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of leading the implementation of project rollouts for a large company; ideally Multi-unit service, retail, hospitality industry.
  • Project Management Certifications with the ability to own a project rollout as an owner. Someone who can ask questions of their stakeholders and deliverables.
  • Strong ownership for the “big picture” and ability to lead up their perspective based on data and what is the best experience for those that will be responsible for the change long-term.
