The Opportunity
The Regional Director of Operations will support our communities in the following states: PA, NY, NJ, MA, DE
The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) will represent overall corporate vision, planning, direction and control to assigned facilities within the Five Star Senior Living portfolio. The successful leader must set objectives, monitor performance, train and develop team members while focusing on the integrity of ingredients and techniques in operations. The regional director of operations is the critical link between corporate initiatives and standards and the operating realities of the field. The RDO specifically will conduct regular and in-depth site visits related to quality assurance, engagement of the executive directors, attendance at resident council meetings and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews at each facility.
